A Stock That Always Goes Up

I am often asked why in our era I affirm faith in the Two Testaments of Scripture: something unknown to many who ask is the way confirmed scientific data and archaeological artifacts always seem to affirm the Biblical accounts of history, or statements about science. Part of why I believe is that as humankind's knowledge bank increases, the "stock" of Scripture always goes up, not down.

The provenance of the these coins coincides with the Biblical descriptions of the peoples and events of the times from which they have been recovered. Science makes discoveries like Hubble's proof of the expansion of the universe - and Scripture affirms The Creator "stretches out (present tense) the heavens" (Ps. 104:2) – the universe is not static. There are so very many instances of these proofs. When a stock always goes up, and never goes down - the advice most would give is, "Buy it!"
