Yom Kippur Services & break-the-fast
October 9, 2019 @ 10:30 am - 8:00 pm
Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, offers a unique island of time for drawing closer to God, experiencing His righteousness, and contemplating the gift of forgiveness
we have received through Messiah Yeshua. Our observances include full day of moving traditional prayers, spiritual teachings, worshipful music, introspection and intercession.
Morning (Shachrit) Service: 10:30AM – 12:30PM
Family Session: 12:45PM – 1:20PM (Structured for PreK thru adult)
Reflection & Prayer Session 1: 1:30PM – 3:00PM
Reflection & Prayer Session 2: 3:30PM – 5:00PM
Memorial (Yizkor) Service: 5:30PM – 6:00PM
Closing (Neilah) Service: 6:00PM – 7:00PM
Unfortunately, child care is not available. Young people 12 years and older are welcome to attend all Yom Kippur sessions. Facility limitations make it impossible for us to accommodate children under 12 years old during the Holiday, except during the Family Session (12:45pm – 1:20pm) and the Closing Neilah Service (6:00pm – 7:00pm), when supervised by an adult.
Join us as we reflect upon the past year and prayerfully intercede for our loved ones, our People, and the world.
Shalom and an Easy Fast,
Rabbi Bruce & the Beth El Community
