Rosh HaShannah

September 30, 2019 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Rosh HaShannah
Monday, Sept. 30 at 10:30am – 12:00pm

Shanah Tovah! (Happy Jewish New Year!) This is an invitation to you to attend any or all of our High Holiday services at Congregation Beth El of Manhattan, beginning with Rosh HaShanah on Monday morning, September 30.

All services are held at 593 Park Avenue (CPC building), and all seating is free. You will find the full High Holiday service schedule below.

As Two-Testament Jews we joyfully anticipate this God-ordained season practicing “the customs of our Ancestors” (Acts 21:18-24) — starting with Rosh HaShanah’s shofar blast rousing us to know more fully the “One true God and Yeshua the Messiah whom He has sent” (John 17:3) and ending with Simchat Torah’s, joyful renewal our annual Scripture study cycle.

We hope you will join us! No matter your background, you will feel welcome! Our congregation seeks to be an authentic Jewish synagogue (Hebrews 10:25) as well as what the Prophet Isaiah and Yeshua of Nazareth both called, “a house of prayer for all nations.” (Isaiah 56:7, Mark 11:17). We look forward to seeing you!

Rabbi Bruce & the Beth El Community
